Manage and More, the premier entrepreneurship scholarship program offered by UnternehmerTUM, Europe's leading center for innovation and business creation, selects 20 exceptionally dedicated students each semester to embark on a transformative journey spanning three semesters. In this dynamic program, participants are immersed in an interdisciplinary environment where they hone their skills as both intra- and entrepreneurs. The curriculum cultivates essential competencies, including self-leadership, self-management, responsibility, effective communication, teamwork, leadership, methodological knowledge, project management, and entrepreneurial mindset and action. This program fosters entrepreneurship in a vibrant community. Participants become part of Germany's largest network of student entrepreneurs, supported by over 800 alumni, mentors, and coaches.
