  • The program comprises a combination of immersive workshops, personalized mentorship, peer-learning opportunities, and regular retrospectives. Participants engage in activities designed to develop their leadership skills, apply business design and design thinking principles, and foster collaboration within their teams.

  • Our program focuses specifically on cultivating leadership skills in the context of innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. Participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also receive practical experience leading teams through real-world innovation projects and most importantly within a safe environment with a lot of direct feedback.

  • Participants receive personalized feedback, one-on-one consultations, and structured guidance from experienced mentors. Additionally, peer-learning opportunities allow participants to learn from and collaborate with their peers, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

  • While prior leadership experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement for enrollment. The program is designed to accommodate individuals at various stages of their (leadership) journey, providing opportunities for both novice and experienced leaders to enhance their skills.

  • By the end of the program, participants are expected to develop the ability to foster innovation and collaboration, lead interdisciplinary teams effectively, apply business design and design thinking principles, and drive both personal and professional growth within themselves and their teams.
